Work on the coronavirus vaccine trial by Oxford-AstraZeneca was put on hold recently when one of the participants in the trial had a serious adverse reaction to the trial vaccine in testing. They also discuss other science topics this week including the upcoming September equinox, Australia signing a deal with Germany for future hydrogen exports, and how Australian barley has potentially nine times more flavour than US barley.
