After an initial cluster of outbreaks followed by localised lockdowns, the whole of metropolitan Melbourne has returned to Stage 3 restrictions as coronavirus case numbers continued to increase on a daily basis. With the vast majority of people doing the right thing, but with still examples of people flouting the rules in some clear areas, the hope is that the current six week lockdown will drive coronavirus numbers down and return Melbourne back to a safe state. Steve and Ben discuss the latest updates on the coronavirus outbreak in Melbourne and Australia, as well as a new COVID-19 drug treatment recently approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration. They also touch on a cognitive test recently taken by US President Donald Trump who is proud of the results even though the White House refuses to release them.
