With the gradual easing of restrictions in Australia, and other parts of the world, people are facing the issue of how to consciously navigate life after lockdown. Yes, we can gather in slightly larger groups and eat out as long as social distancing is followed, but does this mean that this process will be easy or comfortable psychologically when we know the coronavirus is still out there?
