We use them every day and we cannot imagine a time when we did not have them as part of our lives. Smartphones have added much capability and functionality to our lives to get things done while on the go, but are we using them in a way that is not healthy to the point of addiction? Steve and Ben examine the issues with smartphone over-use, whether or not its an addiction, or if it’s just a simple case of learning to put the phone down when we do not actually have to use them.
