The recent Parkland school mass shooting highlighted once again that the United States of America is still grappling with how to handle gun rights, gun control and the rights for ordinary citizens to be safe in public spaces. Previous attempts to deal with mass shootings in America have yielded little results, but this may change with the Parkland shootings as a new movement spurred on by school students has yielded some initial results, with some corporations beginning to cut ties with the immensely powerful and influential National Rifle Association, the gun lobby which has stifled all previous attempts to enact meaningful gun control legislation. Steve and Ben examine this movement and how it is using social media to further its cause.
