The third season of the Trump Presidency kicked off with a bang in 2019 with Trump forcing a government shutdown over Congress’ refusal to give him money for his core campaign promise of building the Border Wall, despite the fact that the original promise involved Mexico paying for it. With many government workers facing financial crises of their own due to not being paid, Congressional Democrats not budging an inch on the Border Wall and the Republicans refusing to bring on further votes because their leader will likewise not budge on a deal, the American Government is now at a stand still with no end in sight. Steve and Ben continue their coverage of the Trump Presidency and what this latest episode may mean in an historical context.
